Looking for a subcontractor who is an experienced painter (must be able to spray) and able to manage a job site.

ThriveAll Projects is a commercial and residential painting and finishing/refinishing company (including decks, cabinets, wood packages) looking for a subcontractor who prides himself on workmanship and teamwork and is able to manage a team on site:

Job Duties:
* Perform standard industry applications (patching, sanding, spraying, cutting, rolling and staining) on both interior and exterior projects
* Set up job-site by protecting all items that need to be covered and preparing all substrates with superior surface preparation
* Apply primer, paint and stain with efficiency
* Adhere to company safety policies, wearing adequate PPE following safe work procedures while working on-site
* Be comfortable working at heights on step ladders, extension ladders and lifts as necessary

Qualifications:
* Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn new skills
* Professional and courteous demeanour towards clients, providing exceptional customer service
* Experience working in this industry (2 or more years is preferred)
* Vehicle and valid driver’s license
