Tip for efficiently painting baseboards!

I'm using my 14" finishing knife as a straight edge to stick it under the baseboards and a 4" mini roller, makes it so I only need to use a brush to cut the top.

Screened in porch rehab- replacing all the screen, powerwashing and painting the trim black to match the windows of the house.

Full bathroom Reno consisting of eliminating the useless side door into the bedroom and installing a heated towel rack!

The old tile in the shower was only glued on- so not put on properly and that's why it leaked- and the house is probably only around 10 years old! It pays to do it right the first time!

Picture #3 is of the screws rusted so much that the head popped off!

Building a workshop! Dang concrete is surprisingly expensive for what it is... A big rock😂

This is a big job, and I got to learn everything, from forming/pouring and rebar to framing to roofing!

Finishing my basement! A lot more work when you decide to do the ceiling after everything else, but oh well🤪

2x6 and and and 5x8 drywall works wonders! After doing research on sound proofing I learned about STC rating- I achieved about an STC of 56. What does that convert into in English? I could sit down in the basement and talk at basically normal volume and have a conversation with someone upstairs in the kitchen😂 Now you can even play loud music/have friends over laughing and not even hear it on the other floor!
