This Brantford project shows the stage when the structural framing has been enclosed with OSB sheathing, creating a continuous exterior surface while leaving the openings for future windows and doors.

The sheathing contributes to the structural stability of the walls and provides the base for the exterior building envelope. From this point, the project can progress toward weather protection, windows, exterior finishes, and the systems that will complete the home.

This project in Caledon was for a tile store, so the goal was to create an outdoor display area that could actually show the materials in use. We installed the tiles in different layouts and used the existing showroom displays to make it easier to compare sizes, colours and finishes.

This Richmond Hill project brings together two different roofing systems within the same building. The sloped section uses asphalt shingles with dedicated ventilation, while the flat section incorporates a membrane system with skylights and mechanical penetrations.

Retaining wall construction involves several steps that work together to create a stable and durable structure. In this stage, the team is preparing the wall for its capstones, carefully controlling the mortar bed, level, and alignment along the entire section.

The drainage membrane behind the wall provides additional protection against moisture from the surrounding soil, while proper installation of the capstones completes the upper edge of the structure.

This Toronto kitchen was built from the ground up, with each stage prepared for the next.

The work included subfloor preparation, plumbing installation, flooring, and tile installation before the final elements of the kitchen could come together. These stages are largely hidden once the project is complete, but they determine how the finished space functions and performs over time.

The result is a completed kitchen where the visible finishes are supported by the work installed underneath and behind them.
