There’s a lot to celebrate with this one! 🎉 In September, the Town of Whitby - Local Government celebrated the grand opening of the new Fieldgate Sports Complex, home to Region of Durham’s largest aquatic centre and our largest completed project to date.

We’re incredibly proud to see this facility officially open and welcoming the community. Our scope included the construction of the 25-metre, 10-lane lap pool, separate leisure pool and pool deck, including concrete, tile finishes and pool mechanical systems.

It was a beautiful, crisp fall morning on site at Lyons Pool in Guelph. 🍂☀️ We’re working with the The City of Guelph on this Design-Build project to improve accessibility and extend the life of this well-loved outdoor pool.

Construction is nearing completion, with the new and improved Lyons Pool set to open in 2027! 🏊

Today, on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we honour the children who never returned home, Survivors, their families and communities.

We also recognize that reconciliation is an ongoing responsibility, one that requires listening, learning and a commitment to understanding the history and experiences of Indigenous Peoples. 🧡

We installed these Nirbo Aquatic spray features at the Halifax Commons Aquatic Centre back in 2023. A fitting addition to an East Coast pool! 🌊🇨🇦

Queens Place Emera Centre in Liverpool, NS celebrated the grand opening of its new outdoor pool, The Big Splash, in August.
Our team worked alongside AXIOS Construction, TEAL Architects, and MJMA to construct the outdoor multi-use pool, featuring a 6-lane, 25-metre lap area and beach-entry leisure area.

Our scope included the reinforced cast-in-place concrete pool tanks, pool finishes, deck and maintenance equipment, and complete mechanical and chemical systems.

There’s a lot happening below the surface as we expand the Pebble Beach area at Quinte's Isle Campark 🦺🚧

We’re constructing two new infinity-edge concrete pools and installing the supporting pool systems. These progress shots show some of the extensive underground piping and structural work that goes into the pools before they start taking shape.

We can’t wait to share more as the project progresses 👀

There’s more for families to enjoy at Log Chateau Park Ltd Family Campground 🏕️🪵 Family-owned and operated since 1967, the Kawartha Lakes campground is now home to two new heated, cast-in-place concrete pools: an octagonal pool and a rectangular pool featuring a climbing wall and two basketball hoops. 🏊

With construction beginning in the spring, our teams worked on a tight timeline to have both pools open for guests this summer. In addition to pool construction, our scope included the mechanical systems, with pumps, filters and chemical equipment supplied and installed on a pre-plumbed Z-Pac skid.

The pool tanks are taking shape at the Municipality of Clarington’s new South Bowmanville Recreation Centre, with concrete work well underway on the 25-metre lap pool and warm water pool.🦺🔨

We’re working alongside J.J. McGuire General Contractors, MJMA, and Smith + Andersen to bring the new aquatic centre to life.

There’s still lots of work ahead, but it’s great to see all the progress happening on site! 🚧
