Jordan, our Site Supervisor, takes us on-site to the Roseville Roundabout in Cambridge for a look at Phase 2. 🚧

With temporary asphalt in place to safely divert traffic and minimize disruptions, our crew is hard at work preparing the subgrade and completing the remaining pipework—another major step toward moving this project forward and building infrastructure that will serve our community for years to come.

We took some time to step away from the job, fire up the BBQ, and celebrate the people who make everything happen behind the scenes and out in the field. 🍔

We’re incredibly grateful for the hard work, teamwork, and dedication our crew brings every day. It’s the people behind the work that make the difference.

Working on the J.D. MacLachlan Building at the University of Guelph is a reminder that one of the best parts of what we do is restoring legacy spaces, not replacing them. Built in 1902 and rooted in the early days of the Ontario Agricultural College, this project is all about making a historic building functional again so students can learn, connect, and actually enjoy the space for years to come.

Today, we honour the lives forever changed and those taken too soon, and we fight for a future where every worker returns safely. Behind every statistic is a person, a parent, a partner, a friend, whose absence is deeply felt. We stand with the families, coworkers, and communities carrying that loss.

Health and safety isn’t just policy, it’s protection, prevention, and care for one another. It’s how we make sure everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.
