Delta Elevator is honoured to support the WRHN Foundation – Cancer Centre with a donation made in memory of our colleague and friend, Juan Castillo.

Juan was a valued member of Delta Elevator whose kindness, dedication, and warm spirit left a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of working with him. This donation reflects our deep appreciation for his life and legacy, and our commitment to supporting the vital work of the Cancer Centre in helping local families.

We extend our heartfelt thoughts to Juan’s family, friends, and all those who continue to cherish his memory. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched and in the meaningful support this contribution will provide to others.

We are pleased to announce the winners of the 2024 and 2025 CECA Scholarships, recognizing outstanding achievements and bright futures.

For two consecutive years, Delta Elevator has proudly celebrated the success of employee children receiving CECA Scholarships:

2024: Madison Cormie, child of Lenny Cormie (Delta Elevator), Kitchener, ON
2025: Andria Mary Joseph, child of Joseph Antony (Delta Elevator), Toronto, ON

Each recipient received $2,500 and was featured in the CECA Newsletter and on CECA’s social media channels.

Congratulations Madison and Andria on this remarkable accomplishment!

Delta Elevator was honoured to receive the inaugural 50-year Membership Award at the 2025 Canadian Elevator Contractors Association Convention, which took place in June at Niagara Falls.

Walter Guderian, Delta’s founder, was a strong supporter of CECA from its earliest days: He recognized the importance of a united approach to representing the industry to government.

Over the years of Delta’s participation in CECA, both Walter and Brian Elliott, currently Delta’s VP Training & Development, have served as President of the organization.

We look forward to many more years of involvement with CECA!
