All properties on my list will continue to be serviced till the end of this season. If selling the business is the decision I do make it is not an overnight move. Certain assets I will be liquidating regardless of which direction I take for this decision. I will continue working and if the right offer comes my way I will work towards ensuring a smooth transition.

I will continue servicing properties on my list as I can, however I dont know that the future of my business is there. I am at the point where for the right price, and a stable agreement which ensures my client base is continued to be taken care of (especially my OG little old ladies 👵❤️) I feel it may be time to step away. I will ensure properties are tended to at the best of my abilities and transition smoothly if this turns out to be the decision I make moving forward. I apologize to those in my client base that this may cause uneasiness for, however it is in my best interest to ensure stability of service, even if that service is not from my business. The goal was consistant high quality property maintenance, something which I am.struggling to provide this season. It weighs heavy on head of one person.

To anyone whose property i didnt make it to today I apologize and will try to get through them all tomorrow.
I am mostly working solo with the exception of some help from a family member for a few hours a week.

Due to navigating equipment, system and paperwork difficulties alone I had missed the spring rush.

It is very difficult to sustain the amount of work required for a viable lawn care business solo and the cost/work involved of establishing a consistent employee is above what I can currently afford. I will try my best to keep getting work done through the season however.
