Sneak peak at our current project.

Its been a doozy of a facelift we have been working on these past few months.

This century and a half year old hotel has seen nothing but good things coming down the pipe line.

- All rot removed
- All new loading bearing supports right from the footings to the roofs
- New batted insulation installed and exterior sheathing.
- New exterior insulation.
- New windows and doors
- Everything water proofed and rain screened.
- A new and improved exterior trim profile
- And a cedar shingle upgrade

And that's just to mention afew of the improvements. This has been one for the books and I cant wait to cross the finish line with it.

• Supervising carpenters, helpers, and labourers

- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction, with expertise in framing, waterproofing, siding, and windows/doors installation.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm, in various weather conditions.
- Capability to work independently from day one, completing tasks efficiently.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Comfortable working at heights of 40 to 50 feet, utilizing necessary safety mechanisms and tied off as required. Experience working off staging, skyjacks, or roof systems is essential.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Possession of Fall Arrest and Aerial Platform certifications.

Requirements for Apprentices:

- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm, in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Comfortable working at heights of 40 to 50 feet, utilizing necessary safety mechanisms and tied off as required. Experience working off staging, skyjacks, or roof systems is essential.
