2 12 unit buildings in Grandbay we are framing, insulating, drywalling and crackfilling. 1st building is water tight Insulation to start in the next week. Building 2 framing starting Monday morning weather permitted. Big thx to the crew for all therr efforts on this project.

Well thats a wrap. We finished the 82 unit building we framed, insulated, drywalled and crackfilled. This was the biggest job PDI ever did and it went very well thanks to an amazing crew of guys who worked there tails off to meet these deadlines. Huge thankyou to Hickey Bros Construction for the opportunity.

Devon the foreman of my crackfill division building his own catch bin off his knife to catch the mud from falling to the floor using a plastic jug with the top cut off. Love it this guy is always thinking of ways to speed up the process in any way.

I tell u I feel very fortunate to have a crackfill crew working for PDI that has work turning out like this. These guys are artists and the finish product looks amazing, all no coat they use a lazer level so the lines are perfect. Great job guys Devon, Will, Jason u guys are killing it💪💪💪

We got started on the drywall window and door returns today. Very time consuming to get these framed just right. We used plywood to lock into the window then squared it up and left drywall long to screw plywood square then router to backside of plywood add drywall angle cap and done. Biggest mistake made doing these is u want to fram them square but after adding corner bead and mud it seems to always put u out of square the other way. So this time I used the thickness of the router bit which is a strong 1/8" to make up the difference so after bead and crackfill is on it will be perfectly square. 1 unit down 81 more to go lol
