J. Valente Cement Finishing is hiring! Job responsibilities will include wheeling cement, raking gravel and cement, troweling around walls, cleaning tools, forming, running power trowel and power screed, etc. Experience is preferred but will train. Must have a valid drivers license and own vehicle. Experience and knowledge of power tools an asset. Strength for wheeling and the ability to work quickly and efficiently with direction required. Salary based on proven experience.

We are hiring! We have 2 openings for a cement finisher/labourer. Job includes wheeling and raking cement, forming, tool maintenance, etc. Experience preferred but not necessary. Cancoil Thermal Corporation is generously completing a project for the homeless community in Kingston. They, as well as some kindhearted volunteers, are building micro houses to be offered to those in need of shelter and warmth. All costs are being covered by Cancoil. Here is where they need help! We are asking you to consider donating whatever you can! Non-perishable food items, used clothing, personal hygiene items, etc. Anything to help fill these spaces for those in need.
