Shoutout to the snow crews hitting shift after shift after shift!

Pre-treating and preparing before people even know snow is on its way, while they go about their day to day!

Pivoting in a hot second when the weather quickly changes!

Round and round and round during a multi-day storm or back to back events.

Squeezing sleep in … knowing you’re needed in the midnight hours (often for a few nights in a row) to push it back and stay on top of the freeze thaw - just to be called in much earlier because the winds shifted and it’s quickly accumulating and will be 5cm in no time!

And still pushing through to keep schedule on their planned post-event schedule ❄️

We think every Canadian should have to work a full season in the snow removal industry at some point in their life 🫶

Well... how are you all feeling about this much snow already? We think it is starting to feel A LOT like Christmas of 20...

If you guessed snow ops… you know us too well ❄️🧠

While melting in the heat, we hit the road to Peterborough to talk about snow operation solutions prep with the awesome team at The Gardener and Storm Solutions. Because nothing says summer like dreaming of snow piles and 3 a.m. callouts, right? 😅

Huge thanks to Ryan, Mitch, Brett, Matt, and Keegan for the tours, stories, and solid gold lessons they learned through trial. You gave us a ton to think about as we start planning behind the scenes for this coming winter ops.

And of course — what’s a road trip without a pit stop at The Big Apple? 🍏🥧 We couldn’t come back without pies for the crew. Priorities.

Now back to sweating through July while planning for flurries… 😂

🌺 After weeks of long days and working most weekends, we finally hit pause and let the real bosses take over (2 out 3 anyways 😁). 🌺

The kids had full creative control at Connons Nurseries—so our yard might end up looking like a fairy tale… or a botanical experiment. Either way, we’re here for it! 🌼

❤️ Happy Mother’s Day weekend to all the mamas—whether you’re hiding in the bathroom for five quiet minutes, brunching with the girls, or getting your hands dirty with your tiny tornadoes. However you celebrate- it counts! ❤️
