So happy with our plug and play. Purchased it on Wednesday and it was delivered on Friday as we had a big party on the Saturday and they made sure they would get it to us! We have purchased a hot tub elsewhere before and it was ridiculous how long it took to land on our property and all the delivery fees and red tape and they ghosted us and didn't honour our warranty when a repair was needed. This place was more affordable for a brand new Bellagio luxury tub and WAY better personalized service, and friendly and reliable. Would truly never ever shop anywhere else for a tub. We bought a new one, but we also explored the refurbished ones and they do a great job testing and repairing them before selling them. Amazing spot all around for new or used tubs! Save yourself the hassle and go here only!

Tip Tuesday: Sunscreen + Hot Tub Filters
Sunscreen is great for protecting your skin — but it can be hard on your hot tub water and filters.
When sunscreen, lotions, body oils, and cosmetics wash off in the tub, they can build up in the water and clog your filters faster. This can lead to cloudy water, reduced flow, foam, and extra strain on your hot tub system.
This week’s tip:
Try to rinse off before getting into the hot tub, especially after applying sunscreen or lotion. It only takes a minute, but it can make a big difference in keeping your water clean and your filters working properly.
And don’t forget — your filters should be rinsed regularly and deep-cleaned as part of your maintenance routine. We recommend Spa Marvel filter cleaner to get all that residue cleaned off right!
Clean filters = cleaner water, better flow, and a happier hot tub.

Take a minute today to check your hot tub water balance, especially:
Sanitizer level
Make sure your chlorine or bromine is in the proper range so your water stays clean and safe.
pH level
If your pH is too high or too low, it can cause skin irritation, cloudy water, and make your sanitizer less effective.
Alkalinity
Balanced alkalinity helps keep your pH stable and prevents water from bouncing all over the place.
Water clarity
Cloudy, foamy, or smelly water is usually your hot tub’s way of telling you something needs attention.
A few minutes of testing once or twice a week helps keep your water comfortable, clear, and easier to maintain.
