For the past three months, Amy has been working her magic behind the scenes at Tozer Heating. If you’ve needed parts or warranty repairs, Amy has quickly learned how to make that happen in the HVAC world. Hilarious, dependable, and a dream team player, Amy effortlessly keeps the gears turning.

Before she joined Tozer Heating in May, she spent 10+ years as one of Kingston’s top fireplace experts—the go-to authority for turning cold rooms into warm, cozy havens.

Yesterday, Amy got to dust off her favorite old hat!

Boarding a sunny ferry to the island, she wasn’t just heading out to quote a brand-new fireplace installation; she was stepping back into her element. With the lake breeze in the air and a bright blue sky overhead, her excitement was impossible to hide.

Whether she’s hunting down obscure components in the office or out on an island mapping out the perfect cozy centerpiece for a home, Amy is the absolute best in the business at creating ambiance. Team Tozer is lucky to have her - and the island is about to get a whole lot cozier.
