✅ Lead Carpenter Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years experience in residential construction
Ability to read plans and work independently
Ability to manage and lead a small crew
Strong framing, finishing, and renovation skills
Own basic tools
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic & attention to detail
✅ Skilled Labourer Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years experience in construction
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Must be able to work effectively
Must know the basics of framing and finishing
Punctual and dependable
Positive attitude and team mindset
