Honestly, this business is tough and it’s even tougher when we fall behind.

It’s hard when we have to reschedule jobs because of weather or life gets in the way — we end up sick and we’re off.

It has been event after event this year, and we are really trying hard to keep everyone happy. I hate letting people down. We are trying the best we can! We appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding and business.

We are hard on ourselves and it feels like most days we’re not doing a good job. But I know that’s not the case.

That being said — we are shocked and so very grateful. We were nominated in all categories and we were voted platinum… PLATINUM. In all categories.
