Basement renovations are perfect for those hot and sticky summer days.

We started with concrete floors and bare studs and finished it off with gorgeous tiles and perfectly painted walls. This kitchen/bathroom/media room was so much fun to do. These clients were a dream to work for, which is exactly what we needed to get yet another *perfect* end product delivered.

With this much tile in one space...you quickly learn the most efficient *yet still perfectly placed* way possible to get those little suckers on! These homeowners (who are absolutely adorable) were going for a "Downtown Toronto Subway feel" ....I think we totally nailed that vibe 👌
