Cute and hungry goat at work. At the end of Newton road (behind the cawston hall).
They are some of the friendly milk goats and babies so socilizing with them is apreceated.

Pictures and holding the baby will be limited, but donations are being accepted.
We will be here all day working so hopfully the sun comes out soon.

Goats eating weeds at the feedway in Keremeos today. Come check them out from afar, the only thing keeping them contained is the electric fence. Not a part of the market. Here for a few hours.

10 years waiting for this tree to fruit. Finaly a small harvest. Enough to save some seeds. They are very sweet and diffrent than the purple ones. Hopfully I can get a few more growing in less inhospitable conditions.
chickens sure enjoy the shade and fruit. Hopfully the tree will bounce back from strategic watering and more mulch. Theres now 2 in the vally that I started. Always have a backup plan/ tree hahaha
10 years is a long time to wait.

A nice picture from the summer, goats loving all the weeds. They would love a feast like this now. Going to try and start making silage this year. Any tips are appreciated.

I take most greens home for the animals or compost.
