✳️Pie orders are now all FULL ✳️

I am currently preparing apple pies and thought I would offer them to anyone who would like to order one; please send me a message. They will be baked Saturday morning, cooled, and available for pickup late afternoon. They remain fresh for approximately two days at room temperature or four days in the refrigerator. Each pie is twelve dollars and comes in a nine-inch deep-dish pan (6 large slices). No store-bought crusts here; everything is done from scratch using our own farm apples. I could also do a few pumpkin pies $15

Our broiler chickens have arrived and have been placed in the freezer. This year, we are offering smaller birds ranging from 2 to 4 pounds at $6.50 per pound to accommodate customer requests. Many mentioned that they prefer smaller birds as they fit conveniently into an air fryer or just wanted enough to feed two people. I personally tested this method and was very pleased with the results; placing a piece of tin foil on top for 45 minutes and removing it for the final 15 minutes allows the skin to crisp up perfectly. Sorry no finished photo the kids were very hungry. 😅

We also have some larger birds from last year available in the 6-pound range.
