HVAC Labourer / Apprentice (Full‑Time) 🚧
📍 Kenora, Northwestern Ontario

Earth4U is growing and looking for a motivated individual to help deliver high-quality, energy‑efficient comfort solutions to homes and businesses across the region.
Even if you’re just starting your career — we will train you.
🔧 What You’ll Do
• Install HVAC, air‑source & geothermal heat pump systems
• Work on residential & commercial job sites
• Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency service
• Install sheet metal ducting & ventilation
• Maintain accurate job records and a stocked service vehicle
• Travel to job sites in company vehicles and represent Earth4U professionally
• Occasionally work on lake‑loop heat exchangers & island properties
• Work with a supportive team that values quality & safety
🎓 We’re Looking For
Interest in pursuing:
• Refrigeration (313A / 313D) or
• Sheet Metal trades
You should:
• ✔ Have a high school diploma
• ✔ Hold a valid driver’s license
• ✔ Have (or be willing to obtain) a boater’s license
• ✔ Be eager to learn and safety‑minded
• ✔ Communicate well
• ✔ Work independently and as part of a team
