Your furnace is the heart of your home and should be taken care of during these frigid times! Not only does it provide heat for your family to stay warm but it is also the heat source for many other systems within your home.

Here are a few of tips to keep you warm this winter. And don't be shy - share these tips with your friends and family..

✔️ Be sure to change your furnace filter every 3 months to ensure your furnace has proper air flow. This is an easy task that can save a lot of time and money!

✔️ Keep an eye on your vents for snow or ice build up, always keep them clear.

🧰 We recommend a yearly service on your furnace to check the gas pressures, air flow and to inspect the exhaust system. The purpose of the furnace service is to check over the equipment for any significant issues that could indicate future problems and bring forth recommendations from there. Not all issues can be detected during the service as some parts/equipment within a furnace can quit without any indicative signs. However; this is a cost effective way to do your best to avoid major issues.

🔥 Most importantly, if your furnace is acting up, quits or isn't putting out enough heat - CALL A PROFESSIONAL as soon as possible! If your furnace is newer it could be a simple part replacement that needs to be taken care of. If your furnace is older, it may need to be replaced however; giving yourself enough time to have it checked and quoted allows you the opportunity to budget and be ready for this upgrade.
