Building on the water comes with a few challenge and this lot brings them all.
This custom home is being built into a steep hillside, requiring a lot of planning, precision, and some serious excavation. We’re fortunate to have an incredible group of crews helping bring this project together. Atlas Drilling and Rad Contracting are working side by side on the excavation and hillside stabilization, including drilling and supporting the bank and prepare the site for the next stage of construction.
Big excavation, challenging terrain. There’s a lot of work happening behind the scenes before the first wall goes up, and we’re proud of the team making it happen. 🔨
