Laser-straight or it doesn’t go up. 📏

Justin lays out every duct run to the line before a single screw goes in. Exposed timber ceilings and tight clearances leave no room to guess, so the layout comes first and the fasteners come second.

This is the work nobody sees once the ceilings close up, and it’s the work that matters most.

Everything you don’t see once the drywall goes up. 🔧

Rough-in at the Lake Country Sports facility: cast iron and ABS drains, copper stub-outs, water hammer arrestors and insulated supply lines, all laid out and sitting in steel stud before the walls get closed in.

This is the part of the job nobody sees, and it’s the part we sweat the most. Clean runs, tight layouts, and everything where the trades behind us need it to be.

VRF heat pumps are set on the roof at KWS Housing and ready for the refrigeration crew to take it from here. 🔧

Four Mitsubishi Electric City Multi outdoor units, mounted on steel and ready to be piped, wired and commissioned. This is the stage where the mechanical work really starts to take shape.

Good projects run on good handoffs. Our crew got these units placed and set up so the next trade can get after it. 💪

✈️🔧 Mechanical work is underway at YLW.

Radian Mechanical is proud to be part of the new Okanagan College aerospace training facility at the Kelowna International Airport, working alongside our friends at TKI as GC.

This $22M, 42,000 sq ft build will have workshops, classrooms and hangar space for the next generation of aircraft maintenance engineers. Student capacity grows from 30 to 140 per year by 2028.

Local trades building the place where more local trades get trained. That’s the kind of project we love being part of. 🛠️

Rooftop at Cameron & Gordon: a whole lot of VRF outdoor units and solar panels, with the Okanagan hills as the backdrop. Clean pipe runs, tidy supports, and every line exactly where it belongs.

Fins & Skins 2026 🎣⛳

It’s a wrap on this year’s Fins and Skins — our annual crew appreciation trip where we pull some of our hardest-working team members off the tools for a couple days of fishing, golf, and good company. Every year a different crew earns the trip, and this year’s group did not disappoint.

Huge thanks to Sandpiper Resort and BC Sport Fishing Guides for hosting us (and putting up with us) once again. The river was a little slow this time around, but Joey and Brady still managed to boat a couple of beauties. Chad walked away with the win of the day — though we’ll let the photo of his “trophy” catch speak for itself.

Between the golf course and the boat, there were plenty of laughs, some questionable swings, and a solid reminder of why we love the team we’ve got. This is what Radian is built on — hard work, on and off the job.

Thanks to everyone who made it happen. See you next year. 🐟🏌️

Watch a fruit warehouse become a sports facility 🏗️”

Big progress on the new multi-sport facility going in at the old Okanagan Tree Fruits building in Lake Country. Radian Mechanical is proud to be handling full mechanical scope on this one — trunk ductwork, copper piping runs, and rough-in taking shape against some serious ceiling heights.

Proud to be on site with GC Encan building something this community is going to use for years to come. 🏒🏀⚽
