We’ve installed a Trane 4 star furnace handling both heating and cooling, complete with clean effects filtration and a steam humidifier for year-round comfort.

For hydronic systems, we’re running NTI and Navien boilers to support driveway and sidewalk snow melt, pool heating, domestic hot water and radiant heat. Each zone is controlled by remote wall sensors with all thermostats located in the mechanical room to keep the living spaces, clean and uncluttered.

The Lutron lighting control panels, electrical subpanel, and alarm controls are all organized and tucked away. A lot packed into a small space and it came together beautifully. Job well done!
