The outside of a home can create excitement, leading and enticing you into a home that continues the same style and standard as the landscaping.
Try and mimic the style of your home in your landscaping. If you have a country cottage style home, hard, straight lines and concreted areas will not match and could immediately spoil the buyers expectations of the home. Set the scene with the landscaping straight away!

🌿 Create spaces for memories!
As with interiors, maximizing the functional space of your outdoor area is key. That doesn't mean that every inch needs to be used but there are specific functions for each area which are clear and assessable. Place patio furniture so buyers can see they can dine outside, create a fire pit area with gravel and seating stumps for family smores nights or place fragrant low maintenance shrubs around a swing seat that makes the most of a view or the late afternoon sun.

The same can be said for the outside of a house as the inside...clean, clear & neutral will always impress and allow a buyer to dream about putting their own stamp on their new yard.
