Bathroom reno:
The previous owner decided to do a bathroom reno and left the current owner with a leaky shower, poorly installed tile, leaky linear drain, leaky shower curb, poorly connected vanity plumbing, unterminated electrical wires buried behind the wall. Poor slope on abs plumbing. Toilet siliconed onto toilet fl**ge instead of using wax ring. Incorrect use of shower glass - partially buried in the wall.

The new bathroom:
Custom shower length, curb height, and glass.
Old walk in shower replaced with stand alone tub.
Old stand alone tub replaced with walk in shower.
Entire subfloor replaced.
Pocket door removed and replaced with regular door.
Entire bathroom covered with green board drywall.
Insulation placed in floor.
Electrical improved.
Plumbing improved.
New vanity, and fixtures.
New base and case.
Toilet installed correctly.
Entire reno managed by Vic, all demo and rebuild other than plumbing,electrical, and painting, was done by Vic.
