Happy New Year! May all your 'Visions, Dreams and Goals' come alive in '25....
2 Semi-retired geriatric (Not tired) Contractors (Mutt and Jeff.. Lol Henry and Rob) have teamed up to help you with your unfinished projects or new projects.
Our wives want us out of the house. We Renoed the house, added a new kitchen, upgrades the Master bedroom and en-suite/ custom walk-in shower. Added an additional room to the house for her walk-in closet. (Mainly shoes, purses and wardrobe) We added a legal suite to help off-set the cost of the addition, ya, just for her shoes and purses. Yikes!
I even pressure washed and sealed the exposed arrogate drive. So, now Mutt and Jeff. LOL, have completed all the home projects just to keep her happy. Now the girls wants us both out of the house. They says we are driving them crazy. (Happy wife, happy life).
The older contractor has been in Kelowna since 1974. He has built many commercial buildings and many residential homes. The younger of the two has been in Kelowna since 1987 locally established in Kelowna, with many renovations under the belt. Over 70 yrs combined experiences and skills.
*Now when the lights are turned on in the garage, the kitchen dishwasher starts up.
When my sweetie turns on her hair dryer, the kitchen lights dim.
Not to mention when the toilet is flushed, both bathtubs have water coming up from the drains. (JK)
We complete all projects in a timely fashion, no charge for our daily nap times.
I'm sure we will forget to bring our walkers. uuh!, mmm!, now what were we talking about? ooh ya,
Unfinished Projects? We stay close to home now, but just outside of the wives voice range. ..*KELOWNA AREA

This City has many innovative individuals that think outside the box, That are *TRAIL BLAZERS thrashing their way though the forests taking on the poisonous arrows, deadly venomous reptiles, unknown wild beasts hiding in the bushes, and then meeting cannibals in the forests of competition. As a 'TRAIL BLAZER' there is an element of excitement knowing that at the end of that tough machete hacking jungle that there is a fortune of wealth waiting for that person willing to go in with everything. (most people would not attack such hardships if there wasn't a great reward at the other side of the jungle)
BLESSINGS TO THE 0001 % of the world population *TRAIL BLAZERS OF LIFE. They tear a rough path in the jungle the rewards are 1000% ROI, not easily followed by others. Then there are the few others that follow to clean up the path to make it more acceptable for others. Their reward for the clean up is a very good return 40, 50, 100+ % ROI . Now behind these cleaner uppers are the masses coming along to joyfully walk down the path with no resistance. expecting high returns with zero/little work . Those easy walking folks along the clean trail are the ones getting 3%, 5% maybe 9% ROI. Lets remember *WHAT TRUE INFLATION NUMBER REALLY ARE. For the last 4 yrs I have * with my own eyes, seen prices at the grocery stores, vehicle repairs, prices jumping every 6+ months on various things even *used items in the 30% to 130% range. When a financial adviser say I am winning for the long term, I say 'when my money is not making more then true grocery store inflation then I am not winning..End of story. Now go out and take that 'Vision, Dream', off the "shelf of disappointments" and make a goal to finish them and then you to will be winning just like the *TRAIL BLAZERS OF KELOWNA*.
