Ideal candidates are those who care about offering unparalleled customer service to both commercial and retail customers and those with high attention to detail. Most importantly, we are looking for creative problem solvers with grit, a positive attitude, and a thirst for continued learning and education.
While there is mental and physical heavy lifting to do (up to 50ish pounds) along with a steep learning curve, we have an experienced team ready and willing to get you up to speed and put you in a position to succeed. We’re also more than just a bunch of paint geeks! We’re a team of beer and coffee aficionados, dog and cat lovers (we even have a store dog named Ru!), woodworking nuts, aspiring mechanical engineers, metalheads, graphic designers, gamers, and we even have ukelele enthusiasts in our midst!
Some Responsibilities Include:
-Consulting one on one with customers to help their visions come to life through colour and product usage recommendations
-Navigating point of sales (POS) software proficiently to help get customers on their way home as quickly as possible
-Operating paint mixing technology and machinery
-Assisting with backroom storage and logistics ex*****on
-Stocking and maintaining the sales floor to ensure a welcoming and quality shopping experience
