As builders, we are incredibly fortunate to live, work and build on this land. We recognize that with that privilege comes a responsibility to acknowledge its history, honour the Indigenous Peoples who have cared for these lands since time immemorial, and continue learning about the truths of Canada’s residential school system and its lasting impacts.

From the very beginning to the final handover. 🏡✨

What started as a vision is officially home.

Our Poplar Point Custom is complete, and looking back at where we started makes the finished product that much sweeter. Months of planning, craftsmanship, problem-solving and attention to every detail have brought us to this moment.

There’s something pretty special about handing over the keys and watching our clients step into a home that was built just for them.

A major milestone reached at our McKinley Beach Custom Home.

Last week we placed the final foundation pour, marking the completion of the structural groundwork and the beginning of the exciting journey above grade. From excavation to footings and foundation walls, countless hours of planning, coordination, and craftsmanship have brought us to this point.

There’s something special about standing on a site and knowing the home is officially ready to rise.

A huge thank you to our team, trade partners, and suppliers who helped get us here. We can’t wait to share the next chapter of this incredible custom home build.
