This full home renovation and addition required much more than selecting new finishes. We rebuilt and expanded the exterior structure, created new covered outdoor areas and integrated the addition with the existing home.

The finished exterior features contrasting siding profiles, black-framed windows, warm wood-toned soffits and glass railings that preserve the surrounding views.

The mix of materials gives each level definition, while consistent trim, rooflines and dark accents connect the entire exterior. Most importantly, every finish was installed as part of a complete exterior system designed to perform over time.

A few well-planned updates can change how an entire home feels.

For this project, we removed the existing fireplace, updated the plumbing and light fixtures, and refreshed the interior with new paint.

The finished space feels bright, welcoming and cohesive, showing how a focused scope can still have a meaningful impact throughout a home.

10 years in the Okanagan, and we’re throwing it back to where it all started.

Our very first renovation here in Lake Country — a project we were recently reminded of, and one we’re still proud of.

The homeowners wanted their home to function better for the way they lived, so we transformed a secondary garage into a bedroom, created an income-generating suite in the basement, and added an incredible deck overlooking the Valley, complete with a large hot tub off the bonus room.

Fast forward 10 years, and the house went on the market. We got a call because the sale depended on having the proper permits and engineering in place.

Good thing we had them.

The sale went through without a hitch — a pretty great reminder that doing things right from the start matters.

One project. Two bathrooms. Two very different scopes of work.

The biggest change happened in what started as a half bath. By expanding the space, we were able to add a stand-up shower and turn it into a full bathroom.

In the second bathroom, the work was more focused. The existing jetted tub and tiled surround were replaced with a new tub, large-format tile, built-in niche, and updated flooring.

That’s the thing about renovations. Not every room needs the same level of work. It’s about understanding what needs to change and building accordingly.

What was once a darker kitchen and living area now feels noticeably more open and connected.

The kitchen was rebuilt with new cabinetry, a larger island, updated lighting, flooring, and finishes. The living area received its own major update, including a completely reworked fireplace.
