Design that defies gravity; windows that define a home.

Working with MAD Studio Inc., the window selection and placement were a priority from the start, maximizing natural light, framing the Okanagan views, and making every room feel open and connected to the outdoors.

What matters most to you in a custom build, natural light, the view, or both?

Three bathrooms. One home. A completely different feel.

Updated finishes, fresh fixtures, and a cleaner approach to each space made a real difference in how they look and feel day to day. Sometimes a refresh is all it takes.

If your home is feeling a bit dated, we'd love to hear your plan. Send us a message to get started!

Dark cherry cabinets, dated finishes, and a layout that felt heavier than it needed to.

That was the starting point for this kitchen renovation.

The goal was a full reset. Brighter, more functional, and built for everyday use. The upper cabinets were removed and replaced with white shaker cabinetry to open up the space and draw the eye upward. Natural oak lowers and the island bring warmth back in without adding visual weight.

Quartz countertops and a full slab backsplash tie everything together, while brushed brass hardware adds contrast in a way that feels considered.

The result is a kitchen that feels lighter, functions better, and supports how the space is used day to day.

For families building their forever homes, it’s these decisions that define how a kitchen performs over time.

A well-built suite isn't just extra square footage. It's a fully functional living space designed to work independently.

That means a proper kitchen, a dedicated bathroom, a layout with real flow, and enough privacy that whoever lives there actually feels at home, whether that's family, a long-term tenant, or a guest.

We plan every suite around how it will be used over time. The finishes, the layout, the separation from the main home, all of it matters.

Whatever your reason for adding a suite, let us make sure it ticks all the boxes!

From overlooked to undeniable — this is what a thoughtfully planned addition can do.

Once a single-storey home with minimal rear presence, it’s now a fully modernized multi-level space. The addition more than doubled the size and introduced a three-tiered rear elevation with floor-to-ceiling black-framed windows, a glass-railed deck, and two covered patios to extend usability.

Warm grey board-and-batten siding ties old and new together for one cohesive, modern exterior.

Designed for a growing family, it’s not just a visual upgrade — it’s a home that finally fits the way they live.

This renovation focused on elevating the kitchen through detail and finish.

A mix of wood and painted cabinetry, paired with a full-height backsplash, creates a kitchen with depth, contrast, and clean visual flow. Every material was chosen to feel intentional and cohesive, with appliances selected to complement the overall palette and reinforce a balanced finish.

For families building their forever homes, it’s these details that shape how a space feels long term.

This home was designed to reflect how the homeowners wanted to live, from the overall layout down to the finishing details.

The main living space brings together the kitchen, dining, and living areas under vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, creating a space that feels open while still warm and grounded. The kitchen anchors it all, with layered cabinetry and thoughtful design built for both everyday use and hosting.

At the rear of the home, a covered deck extends the living space outdoors, making the most of the surrounding views and creating a natural place to gather.

A fully self-contained legal suite adds long-term flexibility, designed to feel complete and functional for whatever the future holds.

For families building their forever homes, it’s these early decisions that shape how a home feels for years to come.

If you’re starting to imagine what this level of detail could look like in your own home, we’d be happy to talk through ideas with you.

From carpeted stairs to a clean, continuous hardwood finish.

Because this entry is front and center, the update needed to feel intentional. We replaced the carpet with hardwood stairs and paired it with a refined railing that adds contrast while keeping the space warm.

It’s a change that reshapes how the home feels the moment you walk in.

For families building their forever homes, these high-traffic areas set the tone for everything that follows.

What would matter most to you when updating your entry?
