The struggle between budget and design is one that every homeowner, designer and contractor has to navigate at some point. We have come up with creative solutions by taking a stock door and adding to the door vs ordering a totally custom door. This does 2 things, it keeps cost down but more importantly speeds up delivery.

June is always a special time of year, the start of Summer, weather is amazing … the list goes on. This June is a little extra special as we celebrate 10 years in business. We made it through a lot of ups and downs. Every employee & customer has left their mark and has shaped how we operate today. We have come a long way since our first interior pre-hung door order. A big thank you to all our customers, vendors and employees… here’s to the next 10!

Just wrapped up a hidden door in our office! We added an electric strike to keep the door secure and a passage set on the inside for egress. The walnut slats pop against the dark blue walls.

It was with heavy hearts today we said goodbye to our shop lead, Zak. The team at Amber Millwork enjoyed the time we got to spend with you. No words will ever fill the void you left, gone too soon but you will never be forgotten.
