Finally had time to completely gut the existing undersized venting and replaced with all new. Long arduous job but properly repaired. Unfortunate for the damage to the drywall but had it been done right the first time…………

Wish I had taken more pictures but this is a huge reason why we are downsizing to make sure our customers are taking care of properly. More pictures will be coming. This house is brand new, the furnace exhaust vent was undersized at 2”, the company cut out the 2” where they could see it and put 3” in yet left sections of 2” in.

If anyone wonders how we get gas to your house if Fortis won’t give you more than a few meters from the property line. Here we installed 960’ of 1 1/4” line.
