did you know you don’t have to ask if you “are allowed”
did you know the room is yours and you get to set the energy
you can ask for privacy and the door closed
you can hang fairy lights and turn down the lights.
you can bring music in and feel at peace with a slow rhythm or move in the music that brings you joy
you can use the bed for different positions and for rest
you can stay out of bed
you can birth your baby on hands and knees

queens. this is your birth and your baby. You get to make your birthing space a sanctuary.
