The Visscher Nature Series is a sauna in every sense of the word. It's Western Red Cedar, a traditional hot rock 9 kW heater, and temperatures up to 90°C, constructed under a Canadian-made steel roof. That's different from an infrared cabinet, which warms your body directly at much lower air temperatures. A traditional sauna heats the room, and the room heats you, which is why the insulation and vapour barrier matter just as much as the heater itself.
