Is it November already?! What a whirlwind since Spring it has been. It's really cool to drive by a development we did and see families building their new homes. And they took 'pool sized lots' to heart since each house has a pool!

The Arrowleaf Balsamroot is Kelowna's official flower. Also the namesake of our latest project - Balsam Walk. Building is under way on Balsam Rd in the Lower Mission and we can't wait to see these homes built out. Stay tuned for progress...
