Part 2 - Highlights of the carriage house build we loved putting together for our incredible homeowners!

Beautiful double skylights in the kitchen add even more natural light, the murphy bed/desk combo in the living space to maximize the smaller footprint, custom floating shelves in the kitchen built by PAC, and adding a niche into the bathroom wall for extra storage using the floor tiling to bring everything together.
An amazing project to work on, alongside some extraordinary local support trades to navigate some of the extra details.

Part 1 - There was a lot of thought put into the design by the homeowners in an effort to maximize the smaller footprint. From adding a desk to the murphy bed and custom building cupboards into the laundry closet PAC met every request with care and precision to ensure the finished product was exactly as needed.

PAC has successfully completed another home build - this time as a secondary home on a property on Abbott for some amazing clients. Working closely with skilled local trades we put together a beautiful finished product.
