Grimsrud demolition can supply all your residential demolition needs, small jobs to full interior gutting for remodel.

Most work comes from tile demo and renovation, we can guarantee efficient and expedient quality work for all demo.

We understand not everyone has the same requirements which is why we have an hourly rate so that it is fair compensation for scope of work. our prices are up front no worrying about having to call and get a quote. You can be confident that you're getting the same rate as someone else. We guarantee to keep costs within 25% no job can be estimated exactly as is the nature of Demolition but we strive to keep unexpected charges or overages within reasonable extensions. That is why we have a reduced rate at a sliding scale for any extra labor costs above original estimate.

Previous jobs have shown our prices to be as low as $2.94 /sqft. Price is dependent on labor and costs required not per sqft

We prefer to salvage what we can for reuse so most work is done dismantling . And believe recycling ♻️ is the way forward. Complient with all city ordinances. Time sorting and dumping at landfill fees already factored into hourly rate.

Welcome to our page , we seek to offer quality work at fair compensation and hope to hear from you.

Prices in the okanagan can be exorbitant at best and at worst down right ridiculous.

Contracting quotes shouldn't cause anxiety on whether or not the renovation is even worth doing or if you're being taken advantage of due to market demand and lack of availability contractors.

We understand that there is nothing worse then feeling like you're dealing with wheedlers who think just because of your view or where you live there should be some sort of sunshine or luxury tax upon your savings.

Our quotes are all broken down and transparent. The cost of living in the okanagan is expensive but not enough to justify some of the outlandish quotes we've heard with clients we have helped.

So if you feel like you're under pressure to secure the work due to the lack of contractors , please don't hesitate to contact us and see what we can do for you.
