🚧 PROJECT UPDATE – COQUITLAM CARWASH 🚧
Major progress onsite at our Coquitlam carwash development.
Retaining wall forming is now complete and ready for concrete placement. Civil works are scheduled to continue as we push the project forward toward the next phase of construction.

Rempel Builders has officially kicked off our latest mountain build — and we’re moving fast.
✔️ Temporary power installed
✔️ Services exposed and verified
✔️ Excavation scheduled
This is where the real work begins. Tight timelines, mountain conditions, and zero room for error — exactly how we like it.
Next up: breaking ground and pushing toward foundation before the window closes.
Stay tuned as we take this project from raw site to full lock-up.
