🏠 NEW EPISODE OUT NOW! 🏠

https://youtu.be/4RFHFDT_mwM?si=trlpjOB9BKCSM_E3

Just when we thought we were making steady progress, one overlooked detail forced us to rethink part of the entire layout.

In Episode 19, Gordon continues the abandoned mobile home renovation on his own while Jared is back in Germany. What starts as exterior finishing work quickly turns into a much bigger project when a design issue inside the home can no longer be ignored.

In this episode:
🔨 Finishing the skirting around the addition
🎨 Painting and sealing the rim board
💧 Installing drip-edge flashing
🏆 A quick gold-panning adventure in the river behind the property
🚪 Rebuilding crawlspace access doors
📐 Discovering a major hallway problem
🛠️ Moving bedroom walls to create a better layout

Sometimes the smallest decisions create the biggest challenges—and this episode is a perfect example.

📺 Watch now on YouTube and let us know: Would you have rebuilt the walls, or lived with the narrow hallway?

Thanks for following our father-son renovation journey!
