Another great project we got to work on!
This project started as a leaky foundation, and upon excavation we realized that backfill was brought up too high creating rot and damaged sheathing and siding. Remove and replace, and install block walls to create this lowered rear entry way.
On this project Team Foundation Systems did all portions, excavation, foundation repair, block wall installation, concrete work, carpentry work, drainage and site clean up.
