To our valued clients and suppliers,
Lachance Construction would like to inform everyone that Villeneuve Construction has acquired all its civil related assets. This includes heavy equipment, asphalt plant, concrete plant, aggregates, pits, and quarries.
The commercial construction division of Lachance Construction will continue to operate under the same name for the time being and we wish to assure all our clients and suppliers that existing projects will be seen through with the same quality of services until completion.
Under new ownership and a new company name, Michel Ethier and Daniel Lachance will continue to lead the same construction team, serving the region for institutional and commercial construction projects. An announcement will be made in the coming weeks regarding the new company name.
Lachance Construction would like to thank all its current and former employees for the hard work, dedication, and for making it such a successful company for over 30 years.

Lachance Construction tient à informer tout le monde que Villeneuve Construction a acquis tous ses actifs liés au secteur civil. Cela comprend l’équipement lourd, l’usine d’asphalte, l’usine de béton, les agrégats, les gravières et les carrières.
