Northland Well Drilling is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for a 9 month contract with possibly of permanent employment afterwards.

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answer the telephone, and greet clients.
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
Make travel arrangements for staff when needed.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
Maintains office supplies inventory.
Data Entry
Accounts Payable
Credit Card Reconciliation
Etc.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks.

Northland Well Drilling is looking for a Temporary Administrative Assistant for 1 year to cover a Maternity Leave. The successful candidate should have experience with clerical work, accounts payable/receivable, credit card reconciliation, greeting and servicing clients and working with Management.

Quickbooks Enterprise knowledge is an asset.
