The weather finally cooperated enough for us to be able to finish up the Ace Real Estate & Insurance Services office in Kamsack! 🏠⛈️

We built the foundation so an addition could be built onto the existing office space and once the addition was completed we finished the exterior with stucco to have the existing building and the addition blend together seamlessly.

We touched up the ice cream store building this spring putting a new light up Sweet Spot sign on the front of our building and replaced the roof with some nice blue tin.

Thanks to Curtis from McGriskin Eavestrough & Masonry for the awesome job he did taking off the old roof and the installation of the new one. He is very easy to work with and did a very quick job.
