Double wide modular we just wrapped up this week! This home was re-leveled with multiple drywall cracks thru-out the home. We drywalled all cracks, primed, painted walls, all baseboards, doors and casings. The walls went from a rough and flat finish, to smooth and eggshell finish. Now for some much needed time off bring on the holidays.

Full exterior repaint using Cloverdale’s shark skin product in a satin finish. This house was a lot of prep prior to painting. Days of sanding and scraping due to old paint being sun faded and peeling. We gave this house a massive facelift and it looks beautiful
