Today marks the National Day of Mourning.

A day to remember and honour workers who have lost their lives, been injured, or made ill due to workplace incidents.

We take a moment to stand with the families, friends, and coworkers who carry that loss.

In our industry, this hits close to home. It’s a reminder that the work we do — and how we do it — matters.

Today, and every day, we remain committed to looking out for one another and making sure everyone goes home safe.

We love seeing partnerships like this in action.

In just 7 days, this Dodeca Homes module took shape thanks to a talented crew—including members of our Progrus team, Mat Ward Construction, and community members from Tsalalh First Nation and Canim Lake Band.

Projects like this are about more than building homes—they’re about sharing skills, creating opportunities, and working together toward real housing solutions.

Grateful to have been part of it. Amazing work by everyone involved! 🙌

The Heavy Metal Rocks event is all about opening doors for the next generation—and that’s something we can get behind every time.

Through this program, Grade 11 and 12 students from SD73 don’t just learn about the trades—they get right into it. Hands on the controls, working one-on-one with certified operators who genuinely want to pass on their knowledge and passion.

And it’s more than just a day on the machines. Students walk away with real, tangible certifications—first aid, site safety, WHMIS, forklift operation, and aerial lift training—giving them a meaningful head start if they choose a path in the trades.

We talk a lot about the future of our industry… this is it.

A huge shoutout to the many companies, sponsors, and volunteers who donate their time, equipment, and expertise to make this event possible. It takes a village to create opportunities like this, and it’s pretty incredible to see our industry come together to support the next generation.

Programs like this build confidence, spark interest, and show young people that there are strong, rewarding careers right here in our communities—and we’re proud to be even a small part of that. 💛

Strong teams aren’t built by one type of person.
They’re built by people who bring different strengths, perspectives, and experiences to the table.

Today, on International Women’s Day, we’re taking a moment to recognize the women who help shape our workplaces, communities, and industry.

Construction hasn’t always been known for its diversity, but that’s changing — and we’re proud to see more women bringing their leadership, perspective, and expertise to the table every day.

At Progrus Constructors, we’re grateful for the women on our team who show up with dedication, resilience, humour, and a willingness to step in wherever they’re needed. The work we do is stronger because of them.

Some lead from the front, some quietly keep things running behind the scenes — but every one of them plays an important role in the success of our team.

Progress doesn’t happen overnight.
It happens when people support each other, open doors, and make space for different voices.

Whether in the office, on site, or out in the communities we work alongside, women continue to play an important role in helping build stronger teams, stronger relationships, and a stronger industry.

Happy International Women’s Day. 🌸

Still here. Still building. Still grateful.

It’s been a quieter season for us on social media — not because we’re gone, but because we’ve been heads-down, focused on the work and the people behind it.

Like a lot of businesses, we’ve been navigating some tough terrain. Through it all, we’re so grateful for our team who keeps showing up, our partners who keep walking alongside us, and the communities who continue to support and trust us. Getting to spend time together volunteering over the holidays was a really good reminder of what matters most.

We’re still here. Still building. Still learning. Still moving forward — one steady, balanced step at a time.

Thanks for being part of the journey. 🤍
