That Sewer Smell? Here's What It Could Be

If you catch a whiff of something nasty, don't panic — it's usually one of three things:

**Dry P-trap** — run water in unused sinks/tubs, problem solved
**Blocked vent stack** — debris or ice blocking the roof vent
**Sewer line issue** — less common, but worth checking

**This month: Ask about our free camera inspection with drain service.** You'll see exactly what's going on — no guessing.

We service North Shore, Brocklehurst, Sahali, Valleyview, Aberdeen, Juniper.

Small Upgrades, Big Difference

Sometimes it's the little things that bug you — the drippy tap, the wobbly toilet, the shower that barely trickles.

If you're thinking about refreshing things this spring:

• Kitchen faucet install
• Toilet replacement
• Shower valve upgrade

You pick the fixtures, we handle the install. Or we can suggest some reliable brands if you want.

No high-pressure sales — just honest work.

Is It Time to Think About Your Water Heater?

Water heaters usually last 8-12 years. If yours is getting up there, here are signs to watch for:

• Water takes forever to get hot
• Rust-colored water from hot tap
• Popping or rumbling sounds (sediment)
• Water pooling under the tank

**Thinking of upgrading? Ask us about tankless options.**

Tankless = endless hot water + lower energy bills. We can give you a quote and let you decide — no pressure.

Serving Juniper, Sahali, Aberdeen, Valleyview and all of Kamloops.

With this mild winter, it's easy to forget about home maintenance. But spring is still a good time to check a few things:

✓ Test your sump pump (pour a bucket of water in)
✓ Check outdoor taps for leaks when you turn them on
✓ Listen for running toilets — they waste money
✓ Check under sinks for moisture
