From taking the time to complete thorough pre-trips, to carefully inspecting safety gear, to walking through potential hazards with new and young workers. His commitment to doing the job right never goes unnoticed.

As the Lead Hand for Sun Ridge Environmental, Justin wears many hats. You’ll find him driving and operating the hydrovac, running all types of equipment at the SRE yard, and even supporting sales. He does this all while keeping safety at the forefront of everything he does.
