Most motors fail when the smoke gets out.

This one chose a different approach and let the water out first.

Either way… when the magic escapes, that’s when we get called.

Just another day of diagnosing the unexpected and bringing equipment back to life.

Another reminder that moisture and motors are not friends… no matter how waterproof the previous guy thought it was.

Yesterday’s job site looked a little different.
Instead of ladders and panels, it was a Grade 6 classroom, a handful of light bulbs, and a lot of great questions.
We talked about electricity, safety, and the responsibility that comes with working in the trades.

More importantly, we talked about curiosity, problem-solving, and believing you’re capable of building amazing things.

Moments like this are a reminder that our work isn’t just about installations and inspections.

It’s about passing knowledge forward and helping young people see the opportunities in front of them.

If even one kid walked away thinking, “Maybe I could do that someday,” then it was a pretty great day.

We are so proud to be part of a community that values mentorship, learning, and investing in the next generation.
