This was a nice upgrade to the front of this house. We removed the old concrete stairs, installed new footings for a covered porch, framed the new porch, installed the roof and re-shingled the front of the house to tie in the new roof nicely. Once the structure was up, we then installed new pot lights, soffits and cedar trim to finish the covered deck. We also installed new cedar on the window bump out and below the two bedroom windows at the front. The front of the house looks great with these new upgrades!

We were hired to build this deck at East Barrier lake. It’s a 10x24 with a 4x4 landing for the stairs to grade. Deck finish is composite boards and a smart lap border. Railings are next and it’s finished!

This was a nice “in between” filler job. We were hired to replace the rotten sub fascia on this house, install new vented soffits, new continuous gutters, fix some damaged shingles on the roof and clean up the chimney.

While waiting on sub trades to install the infloor piping and pour the slab at the 40x40 shop build at East Barrier lake, we picked up a filler roofing job next door to where we were working. An asphalt shingle re/re on an 8/12 pitch. There was oh so much moss on the North side of the roof that made the tear off interesting. We installed new ridge vent, fixed the snow brake by the fire place chimneys, stained all the fascia where the homeowners couldn’t reach and re-shingled the shed roof too.

The 40x40 shop build at East Barrier lake is taking shape. Slab prep and in floor piping is installed, slab has been poured, framing is complete, roof is water tight and electrical is done. After framing inspection, insulation and siding are next !

Footings and foundation have been completed at the 2027 Training house ! Started off very wet and muddy, can’t say I’ve shown up to a footing trench and seen that much water in them in Kamloops in a very long time. Glad they dried out after lots of mucking and we were able to push forward.
