Some parts of building a home are meant to disappear.
At Crown Mountain, we’re capturing the home with an iGuide before the drywall goes up, giving the homeowners a 3D virtual record of the framing, electrical, plumbing, and layout behind the walls.
During construction, it allows them to virtually walk through the home and follow along with the progress, even when they can’t be on site.
And years from now, they’ll still be able to go back to this tour and see what’s behind the walls — something that can be incredibly useful for future projects, renovations, or simply knowing their home better.
Because once the drywall goes up, you can’t see this stage anymore.
But now, they can always go back to it.
