Last Thursday, Bianca Martin and Olivia Eccleston (pictured) attended the Job Fair and spent the day connecting with job seekers interested in opportunities across Dawson Group.

There was a steady flow of people stopping by the booth, with labourer positions generating the most interest.

"It was great getting to meet so many people who were excited and ready to get out into the field and work," said Eccleston. "It's also rewarding to help connect people with positions that fit their skills and goals."

Eccleston noted she was also encouraged by how many attendees were already familiar with Dawson Group and the opportunities available across the organization.

Dawson Civil has reached a major milestone at the Highway 97 Cottonwood Hill Phase 3 stabilization project north of , with crews officially beginning the first of the 252 pile installations.

Over the past several months, the project has progressed from early planning and mobilization into active construction. Crews have completed site preparation work, established access routes and working areas for heavy equipment, and continued advancing stabilization efforts along this important section of .
